Terms and Conditions of Service

1) We endeavour to bring you the best British made boutique amps available. This however instantly sets us onto the subjective raft, what you like is not necessarily what we like, or perhaps we understand different things by the same words, so you can see that there is a lot of scope for error here. This is why we always spend a good amount of time discussing your needs, and will always have a clear picture of our path before we carry out any work. We ask that you try to be as specific as possible when you email us, we both get things done a lot faster if you come along and say "I want a 30W 2x12, Vox sounds, tremolo and an effects loop. I play Paul Weller, The Clash and Oasis covers in a pub band." rather than "I want a big amp how much?" The more information we get, the more we can help.

2) If you are going to ship us an amp, you are doing so at your own risk. I *CANNOT* take any responsibility for damages in transit, it is your responsibility to package your amp safely and send it using a good courier insured to an appropriate value. I would recommend UPS, as I have yet to have any issues with their service. Please do not send an amp blindly either, depending on my workload sometimes I simply have nowhere to put amps I did not expect.

3) A non-refundable deposit must be paid before I work on your amp or start a scratch build.
